Presentation

After a round-the-world trip on Kifouine between 2003 and 2006, a sailing record between Brittany and Mauritius with the Integration Challenge in 2010, then a year spent with Team Jolokia in 2012, Éric Bellion launched himself in 2016 on the Vendée Globe in order to bring a message about the richness of difference.

He finished ninth, first rookie, after 99 days and said at the finish that "doing and experiencing different things with different people, that's where happiness lies."

Four years later, Éric Bellion decided to return to the famous round-the-world race with this same message and decided to make the world's most solitary competition a collective adventure by creating a collective.

Still under the colors of CommeUnSeulHomme, and supported by the company Altavia, the sailor will take part in all the races of the IMOCA Globe Series from 2022 on board Hubert (Jean Le Cam's IMOCA), then on board a new IMOCA from 2023.
