Presentation

Born in Paris 34 years ago, Sébastien has spent most of his life between the Loire and Erdre rivers, in Nantes.

He has his family, his friends, and a thousand and one reasons to come back to recharge his batteries and take a step back from his busy and exclusive job as a sailor. Although he is discreet, Sébastien has a great track record. To his credit, a Mini Transat, two Volvo Ocean Races, including a victory with Franck Cammas, and a round-the-world maxi-trimaran race as part of the Jules Verne Trophy, no less. Sébastien is a sailor who is constantly looking for performance, so in order to perfect his skills and pass on his passion, he joined Team Vendée Formation: a school that is a leader in the French nautical landscape by offering sailors and technicians a support and training program for the various sports sailing professions. October 27 will mark the start of his very first Transat Jacques Vabre, one of the few races not yet on his list of achievements.
